Your standalone diet and nutrition plan including body composition analysis and personal weigh-in. You will receive continuous email support, access to my nutrition coaching closed Facebook group and telephone-based accountability calls to help keep you on track.

One-On-One Personal Training for those requiring a more personal touch.
For those who need a little extra, I offer separate personal training that can be booked in one month blocks of 4, 8 or 12 sessions.
Each training session lasts 45 minutes in duration and can be used to work towards a specific goal (for example a forthcoming wedding, holiday or event) or to address a specific need (i.e. an injury or medical condition) or even to simply help with your motivation to get your fitness and perhaps life moving in the right direction.

About Amy
My name is Amy and I am a fitness, motivation, and nutrition coach from North Liverpool and it is my vision to transform women’s life’s through health and fitness.
I am a qualified Personal Trainer in with the European Institute of Fitness combining my passion and love for health and fitness with six years’ experience in social care as a social worker. I also have a BA honours degree in psychology with sociology.
Mostly I want to help real women make their health and fitness a priority. I know how "life" can run away with you and without our health and fitness we can feel deflated, lost and frustrated. Getting fit and eating healthily, however, can be confusing and misleading.
